Since 1605, seventeen generations of the Giusti family have been producing balsamic vinegar in Modena.
Sweet and delicately flavoured with fig purée, this is perfect with tangy goat's cheese.
- Ingredients: Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 39% (wine vinegar, cooked grape must), cooked grape must, glucose and fructose syrup, juice and purée of figs 5%, modified corn starch, flavour. Contains sulphites.
