A good measure of fine Scottish Gin with botanical notes from Lost Loch distillery in Royal Deeside. To add sharpness, lemon juice, freshly squeezed in Cumbernauld. Scottish blackberries, picked in Blairgowrie, add a fruity taste. Finished off with Scottish Gooseberries for a combination of sweet and sour notes.
Serve chilled. Pour 100ml over ice with blackberries and a slice of lemon
