Celebrating the hotel's new amenity line with Jo Loves, the Shangri-La at the Shard has unveiled its latest Christmas installation, 'The Chronicles of Jo Loves'. From the 14th of November, visitors will be greeted by an impressive 14ft Christmas tree decorated with twinkling lights, luxurious ribbon bows, and baubles inspired by the fragrance house's iconic scents. Beneath the tree sits an array of meticulously presented presents, all dressed for the season in Lagom gift wrap.
The wrapping paper, set to launch in January as part of our second collection with Warner House, showcases two classic designs from the textile house's rich history.
Knotted Sash, a trompe-l'œil design tracing back to Parisian manufacturer Andre Brault in the mid-19th century, was acquired by Warner in 1938. The luxurious ribbon design, paired with its red and white colour scheme, exudes a timeless decadence, making it the perfect pairing for this lavish Christmas display.
The second gift wrap, Starlight, is a whimsical 17th-century design with a traditional eight-point star motif. Being released in two different colours, red and navy, both feature golden foiled details that are a subtle nod to Warner House's royal connections throughout history.
If you find yourself in London this Christmas, be sure to visit the Shangri-La Hotel to see Knotted Sash and Starlight under the sparkling lights of the season, and if you want to be amongst the first to know when these new wraps launch with our January collection, you can sign up for our newsletter here.
